Our 30 day policy makes returning an item you have purchased from us quick and easy. This policy is subject to the restrictions summarised below.
In the first instance please contact us with your intention to return an item. A member of our customer services team will log your return and provide you with an RMA number. Please note that items returned to us without a valid RMA number will not be processed and you will be asked to arrange collection from us.
The returned parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they reach us. We therefore recommend that you send all items by registered post, retaining proof of purchase and take reasonable care of the product, its packaging, any accessories and instruction manuals.
All items must be returned to us as new, unused and in their original packaging. If the goods do not reach us in a perfect, saleable condition and in their original packaging, then your right to a full refund may be affected.
The only cost to you will be the insured postage costs that you will incur in returning the product to us.
How we handle returns
The options available to you are dependent on the length of time you have had the items.

Items that fail due to a manufacturing fault within 7 days from the day of delivery will be exchanged for a brand new item of the same make and model. Items must be returned to us in their original packaging complete with all accessories and manuals.
Any items that are found to be faulty after 7 days from the day of delivery will be repaired in accordance with the manufacturers warranty. Any faults should be reported directly to the manufacturer.
Faulty items must be returned to us in their original packaging. The only cost to you will be the insured postage costs that you will incur in returning the product to us.
Refunds will be credited to you by the original method of payment. We will refund the value of all returned items excluding the original delivery charges.
It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure that all items reach us within 14 days from the date of delivery. Items received after this time will only be eligible for an exchange or credit note.
Items maybe exchanged for another item of equal value or higher. If the item you wish to change to is of higher value you will be asked to pay the difference prior to us dispatching the item. If the item is of a lower value we will issue with a credit note for the difference, which you can spend with us at a later date.

Products we are unable to refund or exchange
We are unable to offer a refund, exchange or credit note against any 'Special order' product, any item that has been made to measure, that has been customised to meet a customers specific requirements and items ordered specifically for a client as part of an installation project. Items that we are unable to refund will be marked as 'Special order', 'Made to order' or 'Direct delivery' on our website.
Items returned to us that do not meet our ‘Refunds and returns’ policy will not be processed and you will be asked to arrange collection from us.
We reserve the right to amend our policies at any time.
The 30 day returns policy does not apply to business to business transactions.
We do not accept any returns after 30 days from the date of delivery.
By placing an order on this website you are making an offer to purchase products or services from us. A contract will only be formed if the order is accepted by us. Please be advised that making payment on this website by credit or debit card does not constitute acceptance by us.
Business to business and sales to trade customers are final.
