Regular maintenance of your Control4 system is essential to keep your smart home running smoothly, securely and efficiently. It helps prevent system malfunctions, enhances security and ensures your system remains up to date with the latest features and technical advancements.

Every Control4 system we install is supported by us for 12 months as standard. After this period, we offer an optional, affordable annual maintenance package that guarantees continued high-quality aftercare and keeps your system up to date with the latest firmware and Control4 OS updates.

SmArt Pack, our remote maintenance package, offers a cost-effective solution for all Control4 system owners, eliminating the need for high annual expenditure on services that are often unnecessary or underutilised.

Over the past ten years, we have found that most support issues can be easily resolved by power cycling individual components or performing a full system reboot. With the introduction of smart PDUs, this process has become even faster and more convenient, allowing clients to power cycle devices directly from their Control4 touch screens or the Control4 app on their mobile devices.

Ultimately, when a system is properly designed and installed, the need for access to expensive 24/7 support is significantly reduced, saving you hundreds, sometimes even thousands of pounds per year.

In the event than an engineer is required to visit your home, SmArt Pack clients will receive 10% off any applicable labour charges.

SmArt Pack is available to both our existing clients and clients that have had their system installed by another authorised Control4 dealer, and best of all we do not believe in charging excessive fees, just a flat annual charge, from £595.*

Remote firmware updates for network devices connected through OVRC.**
Remote Control4 OS updates.***
OVRC system monitoring.
12 month Control4 4Sight subscription.
Reduced labour charges for call outs and system updates.
10% off any equipment purchased during the 12 month period.

*Price shown is inclusive of VAT per year. All updates will be performed remotely, requiring the customer to update their dealer of record in their Control4 online customer account to grant us access to the system.

**Includes Araknis / Pakedge routers, network switches and WiFi access points. If the system was not originally be installed by us we will require the login credentials for these devices. These can be obtained from the original installer if they were not provided to you as part of their handover process.

***Valid for Control4 systems running OS 3.2 or later where an EA or CORE Series controller is being used as the primary system controller.
