Delivery and returns

Delivery is FREE of charge for orders over £200. Delivery costs will apply to all orders under £200, and will be added at checkout. Unfortunately at this time we are unable to accept orders for items being delivered to Ireland, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands.

Please carefully inspect your order as soon as it is delivered to ensure all items are present and in good condition. Any missing items, shortages, or damage in transit must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. This allows us to investigate and resolve the issue promptly with our couriers. Unfortunately, we may be unable to process or accept claims reported after this time frame.

Products identified as ‘Signature’ and/or ‘Special Order’ are made to order or specially sourced and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable. If you have any questions regarding these items, including specifications, suitability, or lead times, please contact us before placing your order and we will be happy to assist.

Refund policy

If you change your mind, you may return eligible products within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. This returns policy applies to UK consumer orders only and items must be unused, in their original condition and returned with all packaging and accessories. Please note that business-to-business (B2B) purchases are considered final and are not eligible for return or refund.

To arrange a return, please email hello@audioconcept.co.uk with your invoice number, details of the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return. We aim to respond within one business day.

Once your return has been authorised, items must be sent back to us within 7 days. Returns received outside of this time frame may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%. All items must be returned in their original condition, complete with all packaging and accessories where applicable.

Please note that any products received in a damaged condition, or not suitable for resale, will not be accepted and may be sent back to you.

Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a fully tracked and insured delivery service to ensure the safe return of your items. Please retain proof of postage until your return has been received and processed. Unfortunately, we cannot accept liability for any loss or damage that occurs while items are in transit back to us.

Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Once your refund has been completed, you will receive an email confirmation for your records.

Please note that while we process refunds promptly, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the funds to appear on your statement, depending on your card provider or bank processing times.

Items purchased as part of a package, bundle, or bespoke quotation will be refunded on a pro-rated basis rather than at their individual list prices. Please note that any discounts applied to achieve the overall package price may be distributed unevenly across the items within the order. As a result, refund values will reflect the adjusted pricing structure and may differ from the original standalone price of each item.

Faults within 30 days of delivery
If a fault develops within 30 days of receiving your item, we will arrange a replacement with a brand-new unit of the same model, subject to stock availability. The item must be returned complete with its original packaging, accessories and any included manuals or documentation.

Faults after 30 days (Within warranty period)
For faults reported after 30 days but within the applicable warranty period, the item will be assessed and either repaired or replaced in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions. All warranty claims are subject to the policies, procedures and approval of the manufacturer.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item; however, the cost of shipping the item back to you once the repair or replacement has been completed will be covered.

Please note that any items returned and found to be fault-free, or those damaged as a result of misuse, neglect, accidental damage, or improper installation, will not be eligible for repair or replacement. In such cases, the item may be returned to you and/or subject to additional charges.
