The Control4 Lux 0-10V Dimmer (C4-L-TV) is a smart lighting control device designed to manage 0-10V dimmable LED drivers and fluorescent ballasts within a Control4 automation system. Installed in a standard US style wall box, the dimmer provides precise brightness control for architectural and commercial lighting fixtures while integrating seamlessly with Control4 smart-home lighting scenes and automation.
The Lux 0-10V Dimmer supports four-wire 0-10V and 1-10V dimmable lighting systems, commonly used in professional LED and fluorescent lighting installations. These systems use a low-voltage control signal to adjust brightness, enabling smooth dimming from full output down to minimum light levels. The dimmer can sink or source up to 100 mA of control current, allowing it to manage up to 50 lighting ballasts or LED drivers depending on the fixture specifications.
A built-in relay provides line-voltage switching of the lighting circuit, enabling full on/off control in addition to dimming. This is useful in installations where fixtures cannot dim to complete darkness and require power to be fully switched off.
