The Sonance Visual Experience VX86R is a flagship in-ceiling speaker engineered to deliver powerful, high-fidelity sound while remaining virtually invisible within modern interiors. As part of Sonance’s premium Visual Experience Series, it combines advanced materials, precision engineering and flexible installation to suit both high-end distributed audio and immersive home cinema systems.

The VX86R features an 8-inch Kevlar/Nomex cone woofer paired with a 1.2-inch ceramic dome tweeter, both fully pivotable for precise sound direction. This high-quality driver combination delivers deep, controlled bass, detailed midrange and clear, accurate high frequencies, ensuring a balanced and dynamic listening experience. With a wide frequency response of approximately 34Hz to 20kHz, the speaker is capable of reproducing full-range audio with excellent clarity and impact.

A key advantage of the VX86R is its pivoting driver assembly, allowing sound to be directed toward the listening position for improved imaging and consistency across different room layouts. Sonance’s waveguide technology further enhances dispersion, delivering even coverage and maintaining tonal balance throughout the space. Designed to integrate seamlessly into any environment, the VX86R features a slim, paintable micro-trim grille with minimal bezel, as well as optional trimless options for a near-invisible finish.
