The Triad PDX IC64 is a high-performance 6-inch in-ceiling speaker designed to deliver premium architectural audio with a discreet, clean look. It uses premium materials, including a woven carbon-fibre woofer, high-quality tweeter and precision crossover to produce balanced, detailed sound with strong midrange and clear high frequencies typical of Triad’s tuning.
A key feature of the PDX series is Push Lock by Swarm toolless mounting technology, which allows quick and secure installation without tools and simplifies both new construction and retrofit installs. The speaker offers wide frequency response (45Hz–23kHz), 8 Ω nominal impedance and 89 dB sensitivity, making it compatible with most home audio amplifiers and distributed audio systems. Other highlights include a pivoting 1″ Teteron dome tweeter for controlled dispersion and an optional rear enclosure to improve acoustic performance and reduce sound transmission between rooms.
